SARA NÖJD -
LIFESTYLE HOLISTICA
Health has always been close to my heart
I'm Sara, a Finnish-Swedish girl who has lived abroad, but is now back in my hometown Ekenäs. I love nature, enjoying delicious and nutritious food, exercising, sunshine and personal development! Since my teenage years, I have been interested in health and well-being, but it wasn't until I realized the importance of holistic health myself, that I understood that I want to inspire others and work as a Health Coach, to really be able to teach more people this. Gastrointestinal health is very much connected to our mental health, and I am passionate about helping more people to feel better.
What does holistic health mean?
We are all individuals and have different needs. Looking at the root problems is a key in holistic health. Therefore, in the coaching, I go through mental, physical and social aspects with my clients. All these play a huge role for an individual to really feel well.
Diet is a very big key to maintaining good health, and I myself try to find a good balance in eating healthy but also being able to enjoy life! I want to share this with you too!
In addition to diet, sleep, physical and mental exercise and social relationships are also important for good health. This is what I help you as a client with; to find what fits into your life so that you can get the results you want from the coaching. I support with everything from weight problems, stress, gastrointestinal problems and depression.
