  • Are you interested in doing a health check to get a deeper insight of your current health status and a first introduction to the method of Face & Tongue Analysis? This package includes one meeting together.

  • The “Get fit” kit includes 3 coaching sessions with me. The goal is for the client to learn which tools are needed for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The 3-time package is a great kickstart since we meet and follow-up on what the potentially difficult parts were and on which parts that went well.

  • Feel spoiled having your own Health Coach that you can rely on and who will make sure you get back on track into a healthy work-life-balance. In this package deal you will have 6 meetings in total with me. EXTRA BONUS: You will get access to 2 training videos as well.
