Lifestyle Holistica is a Finnish-registered coaching business that works internationally to help adults—regardless of age, location, or current health status—find long-term balance and well-being. The coaching is based on a detailed health questionnaire, personal conversations, and, in some packages, tongue and face analysis.

While following guidance is encouraged for best outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed due to individual differences. Lifestyle Holistica will always aim to give the best possible care and support.
