Your Journey to a Healthier Lifestyle
Session 1
We’ll start by getting to know each other better, mapping out your current lifestyle and health habits, including areas like diet, sleep, exercise, and stress. From there, we’ll define your goals and create a clear foundation to guide our work.
Session 2
By the second meeting, you’ll already have had time to put some of our strategies into practice. We’ll compare it to the 1st session and review what’s working, identify any challenges, and adjust your plan so it fits your daily life.
Session 3
In the final session, we’ll reflect on the progress you’ve made, strengthen the routines you’ve built, and look at how to maintain your momentum moving forward. We’ll review your whole health journey together.

Hej! I’m Sara Nöjd and my story starts in the small town of Ekenäs, Finland. Like many who have grown up in a small town, I couldn’t wait to see what else was out there. After graduating from Ekenäs Gymnasium, I went to study in Sweden, moved to Germany for a short while, and then to Switzerland for five years.
On the surface, I lived a very normal life. I had a degree, a job, and a thriving personal life full of social events...but I couldn’t help feeling like something was missing.
One day in 2019, a friend asked me a simple question: “What do you really want to do with your life?”
That was the start of Lifestyle Holistica. That one question made me think back to what had always interested me when I was younger: health. Healthy living has always been a passion of mine.
With that realization, I started searching for a way to turn that passion into something real. That’s when I discovered holistic health coaching.
I became a certified Holistic Health Coach in 2020, launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, and I’ve been helping people create healthier, more fulfilling lives ever since. My journey taught me this: it’s never too late to change your story and your life.
