Session 1

Get ready to dive into your current lifestyle, routines, and goals as we reveal what your body truly needs. You’ll also receive an introduction to holistic health and practical steps to help you move forward on your wellness journey.

Session 2

This session is all about reviewing your progress, specifically what’s working well and what’s been challenging, so we can refine your approach. We’ll discuss how to move forward and begin integrating practices such as gratitude, meditation, and physical exercises to support your ongoing growth and balance.

Session 3

As your new habits start to take effect, it’s time to deepen your exercise routine, enhance mindfulness practices, and adjust what works best for you. We’ll also reflect on your journey so far and celebrate the positive effects of the changes you’ve made.

Session 4

By this session, we focus on overcoming obstacles, adjusting strategies, and strengthening routines so staying healthy feels intuitive, not forced. You’ll have more control over which topics we explore, allowing us to tailor the session to your specific needs. Then, we’ll set an individual goal to work toward in our final, sixth session.

Session 5

One of my favorite sessions! Here, we celebrate your positive changes, explore ways to enrich your habits, and reflect on your growth in both body and mind. For extra inspiration, I’ll incorporate the magic of Oracle Cards, using them as guidance and motivation to support your journey.

Session 6

In this final session, we celebrate your health transformation, solidify your daily routines, and create a tailored plan to carry your progress forward. We’ll revisit the goal you set in Session 4 and reflect on how you’ve grown mentally, physically, and socially, honoring the full scope of your journey.

Hej! I’m Sara Nöjd and my story starts in the small town of Ekenäs, Finland. Like many who have grown up in a small town, I couldn’t wait to see what else was out there. After graduating from Ekenäs Gymnasium, I went to study in Sweden, moved to Germany for a short while, and then to Switzerland for five years.

On the surface, I lived a very normal life. I had a degree, a job, and a thriving personal life full of social events...but I couldn’t help feeling like something was missing.

One day in 2019, a friend asked me a simple question: “What do you really want to do with your life?”

That was the start of Lifestyle Holistica. That one question made me think back to what had always interested me when I was younger: health. Healthy living has always been a passion of mine.

With that realization, I started searching for a way to turn that passion into something real. That’s when I discovered holistic health coaching.

I became a certified Holistic Health Coach in 2020, launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, and I’ve been helping people create healthier, more fulfilling lives ever since. My journey taught me this: it’s never too late to change your story and your life.

  • Holistic health coaching is a 1:1, personalized approach that looks at the whole picture (your mind, body, and lifestyle) rather than focusing on certain parts of your life. Together, we establish healthy routines, and I share practical guidance on nutrition, exercise, motivation, and more, using my own experience as a guide. This ensures you receive tailored support to create a healthier lifestyle at your own pace.

  • Having consistent guidance across six sessions gives you the time needed to gradually build and refine healthy routines, creating a foundation that truly lasts.

  • After six sessions, you can expect to see changes such as improved metabolism, healthier eating, more consistent exercise, and better sleep.

  • Not at all! You don’t need to already be ‘into’ holistic health. I’ll guide you every step of the way, teaching you about the holistic approach as we go.

  • Each meeting is typically scheduled 5-6 weeks apart, giving you enough time to practice new habits between sessions while still keeping momentum.

  • Yes! After each session, I send a personalized email with practical action steps, goal-setting guidance, and tips based on what we discussed. These suggestions help you continue making progress and stay on track toward a healthier lifestyle between meetings.

  • Yes, absolutely! If you need to reschedule a meeting, we can find a time that works for you.

  • Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard® (credit or debit), E-passi, or with split invoices available on request.

  • While I can’t offer a money-back guarantee, this health coaching package gives you the guidance, tools, and support to build lasting habits. Your results will depend on how much you put the advice and strategies into practice.

  • Of course! After your six sessions, many clients choose to continue their journey with the Intro: Face & Tongue Analysis, which offers a deeper look into your body’s health and unique needs. It’s a great way to build on the progress you’ve already made!

  • I offer holistic health coaching sessions in both English and Swedish.

  • Clients provide personal health information directly to me, used only to support their health journey. It stays between us and is never shared or sold. Any use for marketing purposes, like sharing a success story, happens only with your explicit consent. Your privacy is always respected.

  • Personal information, such as your name, date of birth, phone number, email, and health-related details, is stored securely on my computer. Access is limited to me, and your information is never shared with external parties without your explicit consent.
