It is important that you have read the policy before you book an appointment. When finally being a client of Lifestyle Holistica, you will be obliged to sign a mutual customer agreement. Lifestyle Holistica - Firma, is a coaching business. The goal is to help people, regardless of where they are in the world, to find a more balanced and healthy lifestyle on long-term, thanks to a detailed health questionnaire, personal conversations and tongue and face analysis.

Lifestyle Holistica - Firma is registered in Finland, but the service is available internationally.
Terms
To purchase the service from Lifestyle Holistica, you must:
a. have turned 18 years old
b. can afford to pay for the service in agreed time
c. the client to be coached need to provide accurate personal information regarding medical history and other information that is essential to be able to give you a good treatment.

Personal data and confidentiality
The company only has the information you provided necessary to complete the purchase of the service you chose, or the information you have provided to the company as a client in the health questionnaire. Personal information is such as: name, date of birth, telephone number, email and, if applicable, social security number and / or organization number.
How is your data protected?
Lifestyle Holistica protects your information that you have provided to identify you as a customer and to handle your payment or invoicing.
Client information provided to therapist
The information provided to Lifestyle Holistica is used only to assist the client in improving health. This information stays between the therapist and the client. No information is provided to anyone else, unless the client together with Lifestyle Holistica has agreed that any information in such as a successful ”health journey" can be used for marketing purposes. Lifestyle Holistica will not disclose any of your information to any unauthorized party or resell it to an external party. Lifetsyle Holistica (ie Sara Nöjd) works confidentiality.
How long is your personal information stored?
Your personal data is stored as long as there is a legal basis, a documented purpose for the processing or an ongoing customer relationship.
Your rights
You can at any time ask Lifestyle Holistica / Sara Nöjd to delete you and your information * from the register. In such cases, send an email to sara@lifestyleholistica.com about this.
You can when you want to find out what information is stored about you.
* NOTE there is information that can not be deleted e.g. data required under the Accounting Act and data required for commitments in e.g. complaints.
What is guaranteed and what is not guaranteed
If you carefully follow the instructions you receive in connection with consultation / coaching, Lifestyle Holistica / Sara Nöjd of course hopes that you will get very good results. But nothing is guaranteed, because everyone is individual and is seeking help at different stages of life. Of course, there are different conditions and opportunities at individual level. No one is guaranteed, even if they have followed the instructions, that they will get the results they expected or hoped for. But Sara Nöjd warmly recommends you to take it seriously and to follow the advice and instructions you receive from the coaching, to increase the chances of positive results.
Lifestyle Holistica has the right to refuse to treat certain persons if this should be the case. This may depend on whether the customer in question would receive better treatment elsewhere (eg another therapist, clinic, doctor or hospital). It could also be due to personal attacks, terrorism or something else that is not in favour of the terapist’s quality of life. Lifestyle Holistica also has the right to refuse to sell services, if it is considered that the customer in question does not need or would not be suitable for this type of service.
These regulations exist only because the company wishes to be able to provide the customer/client the best possible care, experience and hopefully results.
No money back - guarantee
Lifestyle Holistica does not offer money back if a client does not get the desired results. Hopefully this is not the case, but Lifestyle Holistica obviously hopes that the client's own investment in their health leads to improved energy and overall health. Thus, Lifestyle Holistica is trusting the client in being sure about his/her decision when deciding on a coaching with me.

Lifestyle Holistica has the right to adjust the prices according to current markets and needs, without offering any compensation to previous clients. Same goes for discounts and offers.
Company rights
All information from Lifestyle Holistica; digital, printed or handwritten, Lifestyle Holistica gives you the right to use only for your personal and private use and not for commercial purposes. However, you are welcome to tag, publish, post, and spread your health journey through Lifestyle Holistica to the general public.
You may not modify, remove, or reconstruct any of the information you receive from Lifestyle Holistica and use it to other parties.
In a dispute
If a dispute would arise between Lifestyle Holistica and the client, the parties shall in the first instance try to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement. However, would the parties not be able to agree, any settlement of dispute is according to Finnish law.
Force majeure
Lifestyle Holistica has no liability to you for lack of performance or delay in complying with these general terms and conditions where such lack of performance or unavailability or such error is caused by something that is reasonably beyond Lifestyle Holistica's control.
Report to the police
Lifestyle Holistica - Firma has the right to report to the police if someone violates Finnish law, if the company is exposed to fraud or such.
