Shopping with a Health Coach 🛍️🛒

Would you like me to help you in the supermarket when you go shopping? As a Health Coach, I can help you ‘open your eyes’ in the supermarket and give you tips on alternative and healthier products you can buy for your home (instead of what you usually buy). You will gain insight into which foods and products are healthy and easy to cook with, as well as what you might want to cut back on buying. I am aiming for showing you products that are healthy and delicious for a favourable price. The shopping can be done either through a video call or to meet in person in a grocery store.

It starts with me emailing you a form where you as a customer can fill in what you normally buy and eat. I will then analyze it so I'm prepared when we finally meet in the store.

Intro package 🌱 / One-time analysis

Are you interested in doing a health check to get a deeper insight of your current health status and a first introduction to Face & Tongue Analysis? During one meeting, I aim to provide you with tailor-made tools and suggestions for you to be able to start living a healthier and more balanced lifestyle on your own. (Former clients are also welcome to buy this as a follow-up meeting.)

“Get fit” kit! ☘️

It takes about 21-28 days to establish a new routine. The “Get fit” kit includes 3 coaching sessions with me. It should at least be a month in between the sessions. The goal is for the client to learn which tools are needed for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The first meeting usually takes about 1.5 h, the following meetings are around 1 h. The 3-time package is a great kickstart since we meet and follow-up on what the potentially difficult parts were and on which parts that went well. (Former clients are also welcome to buy this package for 3 new meetings.)

In this package deal you will have 6 meetings in total with me. Feel spoiled having your own Health Coach that you can rely on and who will make sure you get back on track into a healthy work-life-balance. This kit is often spread over a period of half a year to a year.

Senior deal! 📚👓 Become an active senior citizen!

Are you a pensioner who wants to take charge of your life and improve your health in your retirement years? Do you want to have the energy to play with your grandchildren?

It is NOT too late! This package is for those who want tips to be more alert, feel better and have more mobility despite old age. Here I help you as a senior to find the joy in well-being and to improve your overall health. It includes a health coaching session and a PT hour, online or on site.

During the PT session, I provide a 45-minute guided workout at a level that suits you. The workout consists of a nice full body workout. The aim is for you to get a clear overall picture of the current situation as well as motivation and advice on how to take care of yourself in the best way in the future. ❤️

Gift cards:

I am happy to offer my service in gift cards. You can choose which amount you would like the gift card to be, and then I will deduct it from the total invoice when the client shows me the proof of the gift card. If you are unsure the receiver of the gift card really wants to be coached, I am OK with waiting with purchasing it, until you have feedback from your friend.

GENERAL PRICE INFO:

The prices include all pre- and post work I do before the online sessions. After each session, the client receives an email from me with my tips and advice. You can take part in my coaching from other countries even if your own country’s currency is not in €. I have coached a lot of international clients, for example from Sweden. My prices are VAT-free, so the final price is the same as you see on my homepage, no surprises.
