All packages include a health form that I send via email to the client before the session. When the client has filled out the formula, I ask the client to mail me pictures of their tongue and face. Combined with the answers from the form and what I see in the pictures, I give health advice to the client, which I also email afterwards so that the client easily has access to it. Naturally, quite a lot is dietary advice, but we also discuss the current lifestyle, so I also give lifestyle advice other than dietary focused. This is a holistic method where we talk about everything from sleep, diet, exercise and gut health, to life happiness and possible traumas.

My focus is for the client feel better on a holistic level. During the health coaching, the client of course has the opportunity to contact me at any time if there are questions or concerns about anything related to the health coaching.

News: Shop with a Health Coach!

Do you want me to help you in the grocery store when you go shopping? Now I offer this as a service, where I as a health coach can help you “open your eyes” in the grocery store and give tips on alternative and healthier products you can buy for your home and family (instead of what you usually buy). Here you will gain insight into which foods are healthy plus easy to prepare and what you might have to reduce for you to stay fit and healthy. I am aiming to give advice that both your health and wallet is grateful for. :)

(An additional km compensation will be added if I am joining physically and if the shopping is outside of Ekenäs area.)

Intro package

Are you interested in doing a health check to get a deeper insight of your current health status and a first introduction to Face & Tongue Analysis? During one meeting, I aim to provide you with tailor-made tools and suggestions for you to be able to start living a healthier and more balanced lifestyle on your own.

“Get fit” kit!

It takes about 21-28 days to establish a new routine. The “Get fit” kit includes 3 coaching sessions with me. It should at least be a month in between the sessions. The goal is for the client to learn which tools are needed for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The first meeting usually takes about 1.5 h, the following meetings are around 1 h. The 3-time package is a great kickstart since we meet and follow-up on what the potentially difficult parts were and on which parts that went well.

Health DELUXE kit!

In this package deal you will have 6 meetings in total with me. Feel spoiled having your own Health Coach that you can rely on and who will make sure you get back on track into a healthy work-life-balance. The meetings can be held every 2nd month, so this kit is often spread over a period of a year.

Client check-up

Do you wish one follow-up meeting to see what you currently need help with? :) I’ll send you a formula where you are able to pick topic based on your own needs, and you also have the possibility to choose if you want tongue- and face analysis or not. (This option is only for clients who have joined my coaching at least once).

Presentation at events

Do you need program for an event? I am happy to inspire you and your crew to a healthier lifestyle and introduce you to Holistic Health and Tongue- and Face analysis. This can be done online or face to face if possible!

Gift cards:

I am happy to offer my service in gift cards. You can choose which amount you would like the gift card to be, and then I will deduct it from the total invoice when the client shows me the proof of the gift card. If you are unsure the receiver of the gift card really wants to be coached, I am OK with waiting with purchasing it, until you have feedback from your friend.

GENERAL PRICE INFO:

The prices include all pre- and post work I do before the online sessions. After each session, the client receives an email from me with my tips and advice. You can take part in my coaching from other countries even if your own country’s currency is not in €. I have coached a lot of international clients, for example from Sweden.
