🌿 90-Minute Session: We meet in person or online to explore the insights from your face and tongue analysis alongside your current lifestyle and daily habits. This gives a full understanding of how your internal health and external routines may be connected. From there, you will receive simple, personalized recommendations that you can start applying immediately. Sessions are available in both Swedish and English.

🌿 Face & Tongue Analysis: Before the session, you’ll be asked to send photos of your face and tongue. These are reviewed in advance so your analysis is prepared before we meet.

🌿 Personal Lifestyle & Goal Assessment: You’ll complete a short form about your current habits, health background, and goals so the guidance is fully personalised to your needs.

🌿 Everyday Nutrition Guidance: You’ll receive simple, realistic food recommendations and lifestyle adjustments that support your body, fit your routine, and take into account any dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

🌿 Easy-to-Follow Exercises: I’ll provide you with simple exercises to help you build a more balanced routine that feels sustainable for your body and your lifestyle.

Meet Your Holistic Health Coach

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.

After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.

That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.

I became certified in 2020 and launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, with one goal: to help people create sustainable, healthy lifestyles through small, simple changes.

My belief is simple: it’s never too late to change your habits, your health, and your life.
