Feel the Music & Find Your Power

POUND® unites music, movement, and mindset for an energizing full-body workout you’ll look forward to every week.

The Fun, Full-Body Workout Everyone Can Join

POUND® is a fun, music-driven workout that brings people of all fitness levels together through movement, rhythm, and community. Set to energizing pop and rock playlists, each class uses light, specially designed Ripstix® to turn your workout into an immersive drumming experience that feels more like play than exercise.

As you flow through cardio, conditioning, and core-strengthening movements, the beat guides your body and helps you stay fully present. The combination of rhythm and movement creates a natural sense of release, lifting your energy, quieting your mind, and making the session both empowering and surprisingly enjoyable.

In a world where workouts can feel intimidating or repetitive, POUND® offers a refreshing, welcoming alternative. This is fitness that meets you where you are and keeps you coming back because it genuinely feels good.

Meet Your POUND® Instructor

Hej! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey with POUND® began in 2020 back in my hometown of Ekenäs, Finland. While visiting from Switzerland, I joined classes taught by an inspiring instructor named Charlotta Barman. Something clicked. I found a workout that wasn’t just about fitness but also about confidence, fun, and connection.

In 2022, I became a certified POUND PRO instructor thanks to Charlotta, and I have been sharing this joy ever since. Alongside teaching, I’m studying personal training and nutrition to deepen my knowledge and help others through full-body workouts.

POUND® has changed my life. It helped me break free from shyness, find my voice, and trust my own energy. Watching people come together, push their limits, and grow stronger inside and out is the best part of what I do.

If you’re quiet or unsure if POUND® is for you, I promise it is. This community welcomes you, helps you step out of your comfort zone, and makes you feel part of something bigger.

 Your POUND® Questions, Answered

  • I usually offer 60-minute live POUND® classes, though sometimes they’re shortened to 45 minutes. You can sign up for the entire course at a discounted price or try a single session with a drop-in fee. This flexibility helps you find what works best for you.

  • Pricing depends on whether you’re signing up for a single class or a package of multiple sessions. It also varies depending on whether the class is hosted independently by me or offered through a gym or fitness center, as each location sets its own structure. Feel free to reach out for current rates and options!

  • Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are held once a week. This steady rhythm helps you build strength, coordination, and confidence over time.

  • Booking depends on whether the class is offered through my own business or a fitness center. You can either drop in and show up or book online through the gym’s app or website. It’s simple and convenient.

  • Yes! When I run classes independently (not through a fitness center), I often offer discounts for signing up for the full course and sometimes lower drop-in prices for first-timers. It’s a great way to try POUND® and save.

  • Yes! I offer customized POUND® sessions for corporate events, team-building experiences, wellness days, and private group bookings. These high-energy classes are a fun and engaging way to boost morale, reduce stress, and get everyone moving together. If your company or organization is interested, please fill out the form below to discuss availability, pricing, and event details.

  • With regular practice, you can expect to see improved coordination and balance, enhanced mental health, increased self-confidence, more energy, better mood, and reduced health risks. It’s a full-body workout that truly benefits both your body and mind.

  • Definitely! POUND® welcomes all fitness levels. You can take it at your own pace, especially during your first classes. It’s a great way to get moving and build a stronger, healthier you.

  • The most important part is having fun and getting your body moving. Coordination improves quickly with practice, so after a few classes, you’ll feel much more confident with the movements.

  • POUND® can be adapted for many people, but if you have injuries or physical limitations, it’s best to check with your doctor or physical therapist first. Always listen to your body and modify movements to avoid pain. Some moves, like quick arm swings or side-to-side motions, may need adjusting based on your needs.

  • POUND® is similar in intensity to most aerobic or calorie-burning workouts. It’s a bit noisier than yoga or Pilates because of the drumming and energetic pop and rock music, which adds to the fun and energy of the class.
