🌿 90-Minute Session: We meet in person or online to explore your current lifestyle, daily habits, and overall health. During this first session, we also review your initial face and tongue analysis to better understand how your body may be functioning internally and to establish a clear, personalized starting point. Sessions are available in both Swedish and English.
🌿 Five 60-Minute Follow Up Sessions: We review your progress and make adjustments based on how your body is responding to the changes you’ve made. Each session includes a new face and tongue analysis so we can observe changes over time, refine your approach, and support habits that better match your body’s evolving needs.
🌿 Face & Tongue Analysis: Before each session, you’ll share photos of your face and tongue. Each set is reviewed before your session to identify visible signs that may reflect how your body is functioning internally and how it is responding to changes over time.
🌿 Personal Lifestyle & Goal Assessment: Before the session, you’ll complete a short form about your current habits, health background, and goals so the guidance is fully personalized to your needs.

If you’re curious about how Face & Tongue Analysis works, this short video gives you a clear overview of what it is and what to expect from this package.
How We Work Together
Step 1
After booking, you’ll be asked to send photos of your face and tongue before the session, which will be reviewed in advance to prepare your analysis. You will also receive a short form to share your current habits, health background, and goals so the guidance is fully personalized to your needs.
Step 2
Once I’ve received your photos and reviewed your answers, we’ll schedule your in-person or online session at a time that best suits you.
Step 3
During our session, we’ll go through the insights from your Face & Tongue Analysis together alongside your lifestyle. I’ll show how these connect and provide simple, personalized recommendations and changes that fit naturally into your daily routine.
Step 4
Over the following two sessions, we’ll review your progress and how your body responds to the changes you’ve made by comparing your new face and tongue photos with those from the previous session. This helps us observe visible changes over time, refine your approach, and better understand how your body is changing with your new habits. We will also pull an Oracle card for additional perspective and motivation during your health journey.
Step 5
After the session, you’ll receive a recap of what we covered, including key insights from your analysis and recommendations so you can continue applying what you learned.

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.
After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.
That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.
