In six sessions, we’ll refine your current habits, introduce new ones, and create a clear plan that supports both your body and your lifestyle. Over time, habit building and maintenance will feel more natural as your body adapts to change.

What You’ll Get From the 6-Session Face & Tongue Analysis Package

🪴 One 90-Minute Session: We meet in person or online to get to know each other, so I can understand where you are now, what may be influencing your health, and where you want to go. Sessions are available in both Swedish and English.

🪴 Health & Lifestyle Overview: Before your first session, you’ll complete a short form covering your current health, health history, and key areas of your lifestyle, helping us identify the most important areas to focus on during your coaching. 

🪴 Six Face & Tongue Analyses: Before each session, you’ll share photos of your face and tongue. Each set is reviewed before your session to understand how your body is functioning, track changes over time, and refine your habits based on these insights. 

🪴 Food Recommendations: You’ll receive personalized food recommendations and swaps that match your dietary preferences and restrictions, making it easy to add healthier choices into your diet.

🪴 Personalized Meal Plan: You’ll receive a structured meal plan that shows you how to apply your food recommendations and swaps in daily meals, helping you plan your meals as your body adjusts over time.

🪴 Lifestyle Holistica Healthy Recipes: I’ll share with you personalized recipes based on the recommendations and swaps we discuss, making it easy to add healthy meals into your daily routine.

🪴 Supplement Guidance: You’ll receive personalized guidance on vitamins and supplements that best support your eating habits as well as your nutrient intake, energy levels, immune function, and overall wellbeing.  

🪴 Personalized Training Plan: You’ll receive a structured training plan based on your current fitness level to help you understand what to do, how often to train, and how to fit it into your routine, with adjustments as your body responds.

🪴 Guided Full Body Training Videos: I’ll provide you with access to guided training videos that complement your personalized training plan, helping you move with confidence and proper form.

How We Work Together

Step 1

After booking, you’ll receive a short form to fill out with questions about your current health, health history, and key areas of your lifestyle. You’ll also be asked to send photos of your face and tongue to be analyzed before your first session.

Step 2

Once you’ve submitted your answers and photos, we’ll schedule your first session, either in-person or online, at a time that best suits you.

Step 3

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other, go through the insights from your analysis, and explore your current habits and goals. Based on what we uncover, I’ll provide personalized recommendations and a clear plan to help you start building healthy habits that align with your body and lifestyle.

Step 4

Over the next five sessions, we’ll continue building on your progress by reviewing new sets of photos and your habits, refining your approach, and making adjustments to support long-term consistency.

Step 5

During our sixth session, you’ll share a final set of face and tongue photos, which we’ll review alongside your progress. We’ll reflect on what has worked well, make any final adjustments so you feel confident continuing your healthy lifestyle on your own after the coaching ends.

Meet Your Holistic Health Coach

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.

After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.

That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.

I became certified in 2020 and launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, with one goal: to help people reconnect with their bodies and build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.

My belief is simple: it’s never too late to change your habits, your health, and your life.
