🥕 One 60-Minute Shopping Trip: We meet at your preferred grocery store or online, where you guide me through the aisles you usually shop in. From there, I observe your current choices and provide real-time guidance and suggestions as we shop together. Shopping trips are available in both Swedish and English.

🥕 Personal Goal & Dietary Assessment: Before the trip, I’ll send you a short form to fill out about your current eating habits, overall diet, and health goals, so the experience is fully personalized to meet you where you are right now.

🥕 Dietary Recommendations: While we shop, you’ll receive simple food recommendations that support your goals, fit your lifestyle, and take into account any dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

🥕 Food Labels & Ingredient Guidance: You’ll learn how to read food labels and ingredient lists, what different ingredients and their quantities mean, and how to identify healthier options when shopping in the future.

Meet Your Holistic Health Coach

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.

After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.

That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.

I became certified in 2020 and launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, with one goal: to help people reconnect with their bodies and build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.

My belief is simple: it’s never too late to change your habits, your health, and your life.
