🌿 60-Minute Session: We meet in person or online, where you walk me through your current lifestyle and daily habits. From there, I will provide simple habits that you can start applying immediately. Sessions are available in both Swedish and English.

🌿 Everyday Nutrition Guidance: During the session, I’ll provide you with simple food recommendations and swaps that support your goals, fit your lifestyle, and take into account any dietary restrictions or sensitivities.
🌿 Personalized Meal Plan: You’ll receive a personalized meal plan based on your goals and the food recommendations and swaps discussed, making healthy eating easier to follow in everyday life.
🌿 Personalized Training Plan: You’ll receive a personalized training plan designed to fit your lifestyle, schedule, and abilities, supporting strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
🌿 Mindfulness & Stress-Coping Techniques: You’ll learn simple techniques to help you manage stress in everyday life and create small moments of calm throughout your day.
🌿 Personal Mindfulness Plan: You’ll receive a personalized mindfulness plan created around your lifestyle and specific stress triggers, guiding you on which techniques to use in different situations so you can build a more consistent sense of calm over time.

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.
After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.
That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.
I became certified in 2020 and launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, with one goal: to help people create sustainable, healthy lifestyles through small, simple changes.
