Trying to build a healthy lifestyle often starts with clear intentions. You decide to eat better, move more, or take better care of yourself, and for a few days or even a few weeks it feels manageable. But then real life takes over. You’re tired after work, your schedule gets busy, or you simply don’t have the energy to follow through on the healthy habits you’ve set for yourself. Soon, what felt like a good routine at the start slowly becomes harder to keep up with, and you begin adjusting habits to make them work with your schedule.

Building new habits usually takes several weeks of consistency before they start to feel natural. In just three sessions, we’ll work together to refine your current habits, introduce new healthy habits into your routine, and create a plan to help you stay consistent as these habits begin to form.

🌿 One 60-Minute Session: We meet in person or online to get to know each other, so I can understand where you are now and where you want to go. Sessions are available in both Swedish and English.

🌿 Health & Lifestyle Overview: Before your first session, you’ll complete a short form covering your current health, health history, and key areas of your lifestyle, helping us identify the most important areas to focus on during your coaching.

🌿 Food Recommendations: You’ll receive personalized food recommendations and swaps that match your dietary preferences and restrictions, making it easy to add healthier choices into your diet.

🌿 Personalized Meal Plan: You’ll receive a structured meal plan that shows you how to add the food recommendations and swaps into your daily meals, helping you plan your meals in a way that fits your lifestyle over time.

🌿 Supplement Guidance: You’ll receive personalized guidance on vitamins and supplements that best support your eating habits as well as your nutrient intake, energy levels, immune function, and overall wellbeing.  

🌿 Personalized Training Plan: You’ll receive a structured training plan designed to help you understand what to do, how often to train, and how to fit it into your routine, with adjustments as your body and needs change over time.

🌿 Stress & Mindfulness Support: You’ll receive personalized guidance on which coping techniques to practice and how to apply them in specific situations, helping you manage stress and stay more calm when challenges arise.

🌿 Email Summary: After each session, you’ll receive a summary with key insights, updated recommendations, and clear next steps so you always know exactly what to focus on between sessions.

🌿 Two 45-minute Follow Up Sessions: We review your progress, refine your habits, and make adjustments so you can stay consistent over time.

🌿 Lifestyle Holistica Workbook: You’ll receive a workbook to help you reflect on your progress and stay consistent after the coaching ends.

How We Work Together

Step 1

After booking, you’ll receive a short form to fill out with questions about your current health, health history, and key areas of your lifestyle.

Step 2

Once you’ve submitted your answers, we’ll schedule your first session, either in-person or online, at a time that best suits you.

Step 3

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore your current habits and goals. I’ll give you personalized recommendations for what to focus on, along with a plan to help you start applying new healthy habits.

Step 4

During our second, we’ll review your progress, refine your approach where needed, and build on the habits you’re developing so they become more consistent and sustainable over time.

Step 5

During our third session, we’ll reflect on your progress, review what has worked well, and make any final adjustments so you feel confident continuing on your own after the coaching ends.

Meet Your Holistic Health Coach

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.

After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.

That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.

I became certified in 2020 and launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, with one goal: to help people reconnect with their bodies and build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.

My belief is simple: it’s never too late to change your habits, your health, and your life.
