Healthy Pizza Recipe! (Gluten & Flour Free)
Healthier Pizza Dough
This pizza is super easy to make and it’s both gluten and flour free! The dough is healthier than the traditional ‘white’ pizza dough and will not make you swollen afterwards.
Recipe for 2 pizza doughs:
4 eggs
500 gr cottage cheese
1,5-2 dl oat meal
Preparation:
Put the oven on 200 degrees Celsius.
Mix the dough ingredients together. Form it to 2 different pizza doughs and put it in the oven for about 15 min.
I put the eggs in first.
Then I added the cottage cheese.
I mixed it with a fork and then I also added the oats.
My dough looked like this when I took it out from the oven.
When the dough looks ready enough to add ingredients on, take it out and then top it with your favourites! 😊
Toppings I had on:
I do prefer blanc pizzas, but this time we had tomato sauce at home, so it was like a more traditional pizza.
I had:
tomato sauce
pepperoni
onion
cheese
herbs
kalamata olives
zucchini
pepper
—> Put it in the oven with the ingredients on for another 10-15 min. Enjoy!
Another ingredient that is really delicious to add is sundried tomatoes!
