Healthy Gingerbread Smoothie Recipe
Fancy a healthier treat for Christmas? Then you gotta make this gingerbread smoothie!
Gingerbread Smoothie Ingredients:
500 ml oat drink
1 banana
2 dl frozen mango
1/2 cup almonds or cashews
1 tbsp coconut oil
2-3 pcs. dried figs
2 tsp gingerbread spice (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and ginger).
3 pcs. dates
1 pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Mix everything in a blender.
Tip: top with coconut chips and cranberries for extra Christmas decoration!

Pepparkaks-smoothie ingredienser:
500 ml havredryck eller komjölk
1 banan
2 dl fryst mango
1/2 dl mandlar eller cashewnötter
1 msk kokosolja
2-3 st. torkade fikon
2 tsk pepparkakskrydda (kanel, kardemumma, nejlika och ingefära).
3 st. urkärnade dadlar
1 nypa havssalt
Tillredning
Blanda allting i en mixer tills det blir en krämig smoothie!
Tips: toppa den med t.ex. kokoschips och tranbär för att få extra juldekoration!
