🌱 One 60-Minute Session: We meet in person or online to get to know each other, where you walk me through your current lifestyle and daily habits so I can understand where you are now and where you want to go. Sessions are available in both Swedish and English.
🌱 Health & Lifestyle Overview: Before your first session, you’ll complete a short form covering your current health, health history, and key areas of your lifestyle, helping us identify the most important areas to focus on during your session.
🌱 Everyday Food Recommendations: During the session, you’ll receive simple food recommendations and swaps that match your dietary preferences and restrictions, making it easy to add healthier choices into your diet.
🌱 Supplement Guidance: You’ll receive simple guidance on vitamins and supplements that best support your eating habits as well as your nutrient intake, energy levels, immune function, and overall wellbeing.
🌱 Easy-to-Follow Exercises: I’ll provide you with simple exercises to help you build a more balanced routine at your own pace.
🌱 Stress-Coping & Mindfulness Techniques: You’ll learn simple techniques to help you manage stress in everyday life and create small moments of calm throughout your day.

Hi! I’m Sara Nöjd, and my journey began in Ekenäs, Finland.
After studying and living across Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland, I realized that despite a full life on paper, something was missing—a deeper sense of wellbeing.
That question led me back to my long-standing passion for health, and eventually to holistic health coaching.
I became certified in 2020 and launched Lifestyle Holistica in 2021, with one goal: to help people reconnect with their bodies and build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
My belief is simple: it’s never too late to change your habits, your health, and your life.
